I took this photo of my photo partner. I adjusted the lighting and focused it. I set the ISO on 400 and the camera on manual mode. I then went on photoshop and inverted the colors to make it stand out.

I took a photo of the grass because I liked how the light looked in this picture. Light was shining on the right while darkness was on the left. I zoomed in a bit close to capture some details, adjusted my lighting, set my ISO to 400 and put my camera on manual mode. I then went on photoshop to make the image look sharper.

I saw this image on the internet and thought it looked great for shadows. The point of interest is someone holding up a piece of a leaf. The light shining behind the shadow makes it look like a spotlight which really stands out to me. The horizontal lining also helps, making it seem like you’re looking at another person point of view rather than being the one who is holding it.
